Return and Refund Policy for Luley Care Consumable Products
Due to Luley Care Supplements being consumable products, we maintain a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all products.
Please read below to see details regarding the return policy and the subscription policy.
Luley Care Supplements (Capsules, Powders, all Consumables)

Returns must meet the following requirements:
-All returns must be unopened, undamaged, and the contents remained in unused condition. If the outer tamper-proof seal has been damaged or removed in any way, the return will not be accepted.
-All returns must be received in their original packaging, or the return will not be accepted.
-Returns must be returned within 15 days of receiving (from date of delivery confirmed by original tracking number) for a full refund. Your return tracking number must show the return was mailed within the 15 days.
-Return postage is not provided
-A $7 restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
-For bulk orders (1 item or more of the same product), Refunds will only be issued for unopened/undamaged containers.
-All returns must be initiated through contacting our customer support at support@luleycare.com Any return sent back without approval will be considered unauthorized and will not be refunded. If a 'return request' or 'initiate a return' form is sent, please allow 48 hours for approval. Do not send back any return prior to receiving approval for the return request. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or not initiated and approved through our customer service.
-Returns must be sent back to the address given by our customer service team at the time of return request approval. These instructions will be emailed directly to you.
Refunds:
We will notify you via the email associated with your order once your return/refund has been processed. Please note refunds can take several days to appear back onto statements. Refunds will be issued to original form of payment method.
Subscriptions
-Products purchased on a subscription are not eligible for returns.
-Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis. Each repeat order is based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Each repeat order is automatically placed at midnight CST. Once the renewal order has been submitted (automatically), it cannot be cancelled. (You will received multiple email notifications prior to the renewal order auto-submitting.)
-Any subscription order cancellations, must be cancelled prior to the renewal order auto-submitting.
-Your order confirmation & upcoming renewal order notification emails have links to your order/subscriptions portal. You can manage your subscription from there.
-Any subscription orders sent back via 'refusal upon delivery' or 'return to sender' will not be refunded.

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we find the refund policy is abused.
Please note any returns (non-subscription products) sent back via 'refusal' upon delivery will incur a $15 restocking fee deducted from refund amount. Any packages returned due to 'unable to deliver' or 'no forward available' indicated by the courier will incur a $15 restocking fee. If a re-shipment is approved, the customer is responsible for an additional shipping fee.
Any subscription orders sent back via 'refusal upon delivery' or 'return to sender' will not be refunded.
