Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and confidently offer a 60 day money back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your Luley Care purchase, you may return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

We will accept any product for a return, as long as it (or applicable quantity of bulk orders) is at least half-full and returned within 60 days of initial purchase.

All, or any, return label and return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. We do not provide the return label for any returns.

Please note any returns sent back via 'refusal' upon delivery or 'return to sender' will incur a $15 fee deducted from refund amount. Any returns sent back requiring a signature upon delivery will result in no refund being issued.

We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we find the refund policy is abused.

Non-refundable purchases include all shipping costs of initial purchase, any final-sale products, gift-cards, or free items.
